Schedule for Programme

• Day 1 – ayurvedic doctor’s consultation to determine your body constitution type and current balance of doshas. The doctor will select suitable oil and its amount, give recommendations on diet and lifestyle, will instruct the masseurs, and if needed adjusts the standard programme in case of contraindications.
• Day 2 – Span (internal oiling) and Soma (abyanga, simultaneous 4-handed oil massage).
• Day 3 – Span (internal oiling) and Podi (massage with herbal powder).
• Day 4 – Span (internal oiling) and Soma (abyanga, simultaneous 4-handed oil massage)
• Day 5 – Podi (massage with herbal powder) ant Bashpa (steaming in Indian bath)
• Day 6 – Sved (steaming with massage) with following consultation with the ayurvedic doctor.
